Medical Forms apply to all participants.   There are 3 parts, A, B, and C.  For more information click read the handout here. Medical Form Handout


For all activities parts A and B are needed.    2015 Parts A&B .  Only 1 per year is necessary.


For Scout Camp or events longer than 72 hours , a pre-participation physical is needed as well as AB&C parts. 2015 Parts A&B&C.

Hey everyone we had an excellent year. I wanted to post these other photos for your enjoyment. I will be posting the 2015 calendar soon so stay tuned. 

These ones are from some scout games we played. 

These are from the campout to beaver dick park.  We played football that morning and had a blast.

These are from last Tuesday when we went to the visitors center.  I was proud to be a part of these young men's lives.  What a great bunch!   We talked about how each of us needs to remember our savior at this time of year.   I don't think I've ever seen these boys sit so well.  It could have been the sweet sister missionaries but I think the spirit was truly there  that night.  I wanted to tell each of these young men how proud I am of them.   Many have earned awards and tried things this year that stretched them.  A few have matured and moved on to become teachers.  I know that they will be great assets to The Lord and that is because of good parents who instill and teach the values of scouting and honor.   I want to tell each young man that I am honored to serve with them.  What a blessing they are in my life.  I love these guys.  Have a great new year!   See you in 2015!
